Our Pumpkin Patch is located to the East of the A46 - On the opposite side of the road from the farm shop. Look out for the signs when approaching. 

TICKETS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL ADULTS AND WALKING CHILDREN. UNFORTUNATELY THE PUMPKIN FIELD IS NOT PUSHCHAIR FRIENDLY, BUT BABES IN ARMS DO NOT REQUIRE A TICKET. 

Tickets for Sunday 29th October have now been released. We are confident we will have pumpkins to pick, but we may be getting short, so there is no charge to enter the field, you just pay for what you pick. Please book a free slot, so we can make sure we are not overcrowded!

YOUR TIME IS AN ARRIVAL SLOT, YOU CAN STAY AS LONG AS YOU LIKE ONCE ADMITTED.

Unlike many PYO pumpkin venues, the ticket allows you to choose a pumpkin to the value of £3. On entry your ticket will be exchanged for a token, which can be redeemed against any pumpkins you wish to purchase. You may use it as part payment for a larger pumpkin.

Wheelbarrows may be hired (subject to availability) for £1 on arrival

To avoid queues & overcrowding a fixed number of tickets are available for half hour arrival times. Please have your tickets available to scan on arrival. Once on site there is no time limit to your stay.  

Please Note: Our Halloween Trail starts at the farm shop, and is being run as a separate event. If you wish to combine both on a single trip please book appropriate tickets for both. We suggest allowing an hour for pumpkin picking. In general the trail takes anything from 45mins to 2hours. You can relocate from one site to the other by car or foot, at your own risk, but wheelbarrows may not be taken across the main road .

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Please make sure you are choosing your date and time carefully as unfortunately we cannot cancel, refund or move any bookings. 
• On arrival your ticket will be scanned and substituted for a token. This token can be used on exit as payment or part payment for pumpkins chosen. The token has no monetary value and can only be redeemed for pumpkins in the PYO field at Primrose Vale on the day. Should you not wish to use it, you will not be entitled to a refund.
• Pumpkins grow in soil... soil and water makes mud! Be prepared for the conditions. The ground may be uneven, and pumpkin vines can be trip hazards. We have a reduced pesticide policy, so there are some weeds in the patch including a few patches of small but intense stinging nettles which can be hard to spot, and pumpkin leaves and vines are spiky too! We recommend wearing gloves whilst picking.
